Crane Selection Table
Selection criteria for lifting the unit; loading conditions, the average working time per day, lifting capacity and is determined by the type of equipment. Loading conditions (generally accepted estimate), as defined below, shall be determined according to the question.
What are the working conditions? Lifting capacity is determined? Load up to a height which will be removed? What is the required lifting speed?
Precise stopping of the load requirement Is? Are to be moved in horizontal direction is installed? How to control the shape should be?
Light loads
Very small load and full load is usually very rare to units which are subject to removal.
Medium loads
Loads are usually small but frequent lifting units are subjected to full load.
Heavy Yukler
Generally work with medium load, but frequently subject to a maximum load lifting units.
Very Heavy Load
Maximum or near maximum load is usually subjected to the removal of the unit.
With mechanism, loading and run-time depending on the situation is determined.
